How to prepare your content

A blog post requires the following at a minimum:

1. 1) A Title/Headline – Here’s an example, 5 Ways to Become More Productive when Working from Home.
   This should consist of no more than around 8-12 words
2. 2) A Featured Image – This is what shows up in previews before opening a post
3. 3) The Body Content – Where your main information goes (text, images, videos, etc.)

Your Text

You must provide the text for your title and body in a text document such as a Google doc or a Word doc, or similar. Screenshots of text are not acceptable.

***The body content can include up to 800 words and 4 images (excluding a featured image).***

At present, one request can be shared between 2 posts provided that you stay within the limits above. For example, blog post 1 has 2 images and 300 words, and blog post 2 has 400 words and 2 images. You can then purchase 1 new post to cover both. 

Please do not embed the images in the document as these can be difficult to extract.

Instead, please provide those separately (see below), and use placeholder text, with the image name, inside the document to indicate where an image should go. The same goes for YouTube video links.

For example [imagename.jpg goes here] or [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=videolink goes here]

Your Images

Images must be provided separately in a zip folder (compressed folder) along with your text document. Image names must be referenced in the document with placeholder text (as mentioned above).

So, for each post, you should have 1 zip folder containing a Text document and any connected images

How to send us your files

Please send the folder by using a cloud service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Onedrive, or wetransfer.com, as these are easier ways to send larger files over the internet. Simply upload the file and provide us with the shared link so that we can download it.
