Review Generation

We’ll do direct outreach to your customers and request a review. Most people won’t leave a review unless you ASK. Getting more reviews signals to Google that your business is active and this gets them to show your profile more.
Also, most potential customers will make their buying decision based on the number of positive reviews a business has vs another.
We know it can be hard especially when you are very busy, to ask for reviews. So we can run monthly email campaigns to encourage your best customers to leave a review.

Q. What does your Kickstart Plan entail?
First of all, if you haven’t already, we will help you cliam your listing and add your profile info and content.
If you are already setup (listing claimed) we’ll go through the listing and see what needs to be added or changed to give you maximum vibility. We will be taking a look at your website and your competitors online presence to see what the best angle is to move forward.
After this there will be a custom strategy and plan created for you for each month.
Q. Can I just get the setup/optimisation?
Yes you can just use us for the innitial service but your account still needs to monitored and kept active each month.
You can do this yourself, however, you should NOT neglect your account as your potential clients may end up going to your competitor instead, and you may lose visibility in Google.
We make our service a convinient option to take all this off your plate.
We’ll work with you each month to ensure continued growth for your business.
Q. Where will you get content for the posts?
If you are already posting to social media, we can grab your original images there and create the monthly posts on your profile.
If not we will provide you with an upload link to send us images and information on any information, offers or promotions each month. These can then be used to create the posts.
Just note that Google wants original photos and not stock images for profile images.
Q. How will reviews be dealt with?
We’ll be replying with a personalised message based on standard templates. If there are any low star reviews or negative comments we will check with you first to request a response via email before we post a reply.
If you use us for email outreach to request reviews we will have you add the customers to a spreadsheet each month and we will send out the email requests for you.
In this case we’ll be using a dedicated email account to contact them on your behalf.
Q. Will you need to access my Google account?
We will only need access to your profile to properly carry out checks and make changes.
We won’t need your password, all you have to do is add us as a collaborator. And don’t worry we’ll be checking with you first before making significant changes.
