*Task requests are for small tweaks such as changing some text, swapping an image, or adjusting settings. Each task must be completed in no more than 30 minutes, and you can only have 1 request at a time. Does not include design changes, new pages, or posts, etc.
*Post requests are for new blog posts published for you with the content you provide. Additional posts can be purchased if you don’t want to do them yourself.

What are Bonus Features?
A bonus feature is an extra element offered in addition to the core features. They may be offered for a limited time or subject to availability, and can be removed without notice.
Will I be able to edit the site by myself?
Absolutely!
We use one of the best and most user-friendly page editors to make it easy for you to add or change text, images or other content by just pointing and clicking inside pages.
You can also create new blog posts and simple pages at your convenience.
We’ll provide you with documentation and video tutorials to help you do this.
*If you need it, 1-1 training or personalised video tutorials are also available at an additional cost.
Do you take on any website for care plans?
We mainly provide this for sites that we’ve built; however, we will consider other websites on a case-by-case basis.
Can I look after my website by myself and contact you if I need help?
If you know how to operate, you can certainly look after your website by yourself; however, it also means that if something goes wrong, you will have to troubleshoot it too.
We prioritise active paid subscribers over anyone else, so if you get in touch, you’ll likely have to wait until we have availability.
Can you edit or add content website for me?
Unless otherwise mentioned, we do not offer content editing or new content as part of the Care Plan; however, you can purchase content publishing services from us or request paid jobs inside your client account dashboard when you log in to mmcdigitalworks.com.
We sometimes offer a limited number of free tasks or content requests, depending on your plan. See plans for details.
Am I locked in to a plan if I want to leave?
No, this is a rolling monthly service, so you can cancel at any time, and the service will run until the end of that billing period.
You can easily cancel by letting us know via email or a support ticket.
